  I would NEVER EVER go back here for a uhal the lady horrible customer service she doesn’t speak full sentences doesn’t want to help she doesn’t even want to work. I really didn’t deal with the guy he did give me the keys to the rental that’s it. They are in it for the money and they won’t get mine.. i would carry the stuff on my back before i use their services. I will not be stepping foot back into the location. I will drive out my way next time.

  Fully concur with 2-star rating: an occupied man at the door made me wait till woman was freed up, and then though I had address label that could have affixed to the envelope, (I’m blind) made my cab driver write out the address instead of doing it herself like other places could have done on a machine. if she could exert herself to staple the material together to go in the envelope, she could’ve addressed it. Unprepossessing, unfriendly, sing thank you very coldly, and man was waiting on someone as I left. I never intend to visit this place again.

  Terrible! The poor guy does not know how to work with customers. U-haul should cut this store! Absolutely terrible!
