  I am extremely disappointed with the service I received from this company. Due to their own inaccurate billing practices, both myself and another client were incorrectly billed. Instead of taking responsibility for their mistake, they sent a collection account to my credit report, making me accountable for charges that were never valid in the first place. This experience has been incredibly frustrating and has unfairly impacted my credit. Despite their errors, they have failed to provide a satisfactory resolution or even acknowledge their role in the issue. I strongly advise others to be cautious when dealing with this company, as their handling of billing and customer concerns is seriously lacking. I am expecting immediate action to rectify this situation, but based on my experience thus far, I am not optimistic.

  Karen is the best she is always there to help us when we need it. I am very please and happy with Karen being my insurance agent. Thanks for all you do. If anyone is looking for someone that will treat you right and make sure you have the best when it comes to insurance Karen is the person to go and see you won’t be disappointed.

  Incompetent and idiots. They screwed me over and raised my insurance. If you need to have them put a spy device in your car to get a discount then you are stupid.
