  Terrible customer service. I was talking to a lady named Maureen and she was being so rude during our conversation saying things like, “ I don’t care what you do” when trying to resolve payment issues. Never getting in contact with them again!

  I was totally satisfied with the assistance given me after my car was rear-ended. The staff kept me up to date. With the Allstate App, the claims information was right at my fingertips. I am grateful that they were able to resolve the issue in a short period of time.

  José Quinteros was awesome! Really professional when we spoke on the phone, I am really satisfied since I called different insurances and wouldn't provide me the services I needed but then I called Allstate and José got me out the way! Really happy and satisfied.
