Given this, I feel exceptionally qualified in leaving a review. Unequivocally, if you are in the unfortunate position where you need your homeowners or auto insurance, Jackie will go above and beyond to take care of you. If you get a random MVA notice, she will go above and beyond to take care of it; that is just her standard level of care, no matter the circumstances. Cannot recommend her enough!

While taking delivery of a new vehicle late in the afternoon, the dealer suddenly requested a very specific document from State Farm to complete the sale. This was unexpected, rare, and completely last‑minute. I called my local agent, and Robin answered. She immediately understood the urgency, confirmed the request was unusual, and without hesitation said she would take care of it. Five minutes later—literally five minutes—she had the document completed and sent over. Because of her speed and professionalism, I was able to take delivery as scheduled. This was a saving moment. I was already over an hour away from home, on an extremely tight timeline, and still needed to get back in time to pick up our children.
