- DJDonisha JohnsonOct 13, 20161.0You would be making a big mistake in dealing with this office. Though her staff is very pleasant, Ms. Scott is the worst insurance agent you could have. She doesn't return phone calls and "mysteriously" finds accidents and insurance claims in your records so she can raise your rates. When prove that what she is staying is wrong she is never available to discuss nor does she correct her mistake. Know what accidents you've been in cause she will try and tell you something different. Sounds like fraud to me but who am I? Will be canceling this insurance.
