  Malik is awesome. I don’t have to jump through hoops for my renewal. He calls me before hand and has everything ready for a quick interaction where I don’t have to be in the phone for a long time.

  So Malik decided today to at it was funny because I asked why did he disconnect the call without saying please hold bc apparently he had some issues that wasn’t resolved. So when I said hello…. The phone was hanging up. He called me back and said how can I help you, so I asked did you hang up on me? He paused, laughed and hung up. I called back and he hung up again. All of this for? But to be so comfortable in his setting and think it’s funny. This is a business and there are plenty other representatives that would love to take a payment and add a vehicle
