  Omg! I called 9 times and spoke to 9 different agents and NO ONE assisted me correctly. Almost made me switch to another insurance company. Then I gave it one last try, I called for the 10th and final time. I reached an agent by the name of Keiayshia. When I tell you she was polite, knowledgeable and ready to assist without any distractions, that’s exactly why I renewed my insurance. Solely because of her. Freeway you’re lucky to have her on your team. I was ready to shop around and get another quote/company. Keiayshia, Thank you for putting my needs first and being so attentive. You are a blessing! Your patience did not go unnoticed. I could have chatted with you for hours and signed up all my family for insurance just because I had someone like you to help me. Great job! You are very personable and that is what I was looking for. Hope Freeway Insurance recognizes you for being an asset to their company. This will not be my last interaction with you. I want you to handle all my insurance needs. Thanks again!!!
