- KKKole KirkhamAug 20, 20261.0After moving my contracts from Texas to Louisiana, this state farm agency split my auto/life into two different payments, and messed up the filing for my auto from Texas. In turn, it resulted in flags on my license and expenses that had to be paid to the DMV. When the problem was addressed from the Texas Agency, they concluded that the Olla agency was not filing things right. Turns out, they were correct on the assessment and for 9 months, I have had to deal with this office not resolving the issue and incurring charges without any initiative to fix the issue or to contact the DMV and take responsibility for the issue. Choose this agency is you want to have FLAGs on your license and mismanagement of your contracts through Statefarm. I will be moving my contracts to Columbia going forward, they tend to stay on the ball and are very communicative, understanding, and not scared to take accountability.
