  The most friendly customer service I experienced with Ms. Savoy she didn’t forget to call on my renewal date like I asked her too very friendly good conversation and quick process over the phone and even saved me some money . You awesome Ms.Savoy thank you so much 5 star

  My first review still stands. This is my second review and I’d like to give Lakeisha (Sulphur location) 10 stars and more. Cuddles for you 😊. If it had not been for her, I would have not reconsidered this company. She was very kind, patient, accommodating, respectful and just great customer service representation!!! I had been trying for at least 3 weeks to get some answers and see if I could reinstate my policy and I ended up being transferred to her (Lakeisha) and she was God sent. Thank you 😊 soooo much for all that you have done for me. This is good customer service!!!!!

  I went there few days ago and talked to Shontay Gray to get a quote for auto insurance and she gave me a quote that was $950 to start and $750 a month , I tought that was ridiculous , not even my car payment is that high , she stated that my quote was to high because companies do not insure Hyundai cars anymore wich is crazy . Later that day I got car insurance somewhere else with my initial quote being $275.00 .

  Shontay is helpful, knowledgeable and informative of her job. She went above and beyond to give quality customer service. She is a great asset and will bring more clients to this company because of her bubbly spirit. She's very pleasant, patient and professional. I will refer others to this company because of her. I am glad I contacted her today.
