  This particular location is the absolute worst!! On multiple occasions I went to this location to pay my mother car insurance and no one was there to assist customers. One time the lobby was unlocked with no one inside but customers and then I see the group of ladies getting out of the car together to come back to work. If the location was closed for lunch, why not lock the lobby? It seems they take a lunch a couple hours before closing time but as a group instead having someone there at all times. Today no one was there at all before 4pm. Absolutely ridiculous!! I had to seek assistance from the Kenner location which I applaud because the nice lady stayed past her work hours to assist me. She also gave me a much cheaper quote than what the Laplace location was trying to charge my mother. It’s a shame how people try to get over on the elderly!!
