  Alicia Richard most often assists me with any and all needs regarding car insurance coverage for both me and my son. When it was time to remove my adult son from my policy she helped me to make the transition. Alicia is great at multi-tasking. I have watched her assist more than one customer at a time with ease. In all the years I’ve been a customer I have never seen Alicia anything but calm and cool. Other reps could take lessons from her on customer service and management skills!! Lastly, she is the only rep at Freeway or anywhere else that will acknowledge the customer as soon as they arrive into the office whether she is with someone or even on the phone. That speaks volumes to me about her work ethic and her respect for the customer/client. She is by far the number one reason that I am a repeat customer! Thanks Alicia 🥳
