Once I was able to speak with agent Ms. Thigpen informed there was a family emergency and agency closed for a few days. Ms. Thigpen, thanks for replying back to complete updating insurance info! Customer service is very important and Thigpen Agency deserves 5 stars!!

- BWBernard WatersDec 17, 20221.0I’ve been with Mr Williams for years and never had any problems but since she has taken over my insurance has been canceled twice and I personally put the check in the slot on the door. Both time I went doing business hours and they was not open so I’m done with them I’ll be changing agent this week. I hope at some point she get it together but it won’t be with me as a client again I’m done with a agent who never answer calls are return when messages is left after about 20 years or more I’m done.
