  I had an excellent experience working with Kanita House at Thomas Allen: Allstate Insurance while shopping for boat insurance. Before speaking with Kanita, I contacted six other insurance companies, and none compared to the level of service and pricing I received from her. Kanita was professional, friendly, and very knowledgeable. She took the time to make sure I fully understood the coverage I was purchasing and answered all of my questions thoroughly. On top of the outstanding customer service, Allstate beat all of the competition on pricing and coverage. Great job to Thomas Allen and Kanita House for providing such a smooth and positive insurance experience. Highly recommend!

  Emanuel R got me hooked up with Allstate Def was amazing extremely professional and understanding on what state farm was doing I can't say nothing but positive things look forward to a long insurance agreement with them definitely wish I would have made the switch 10 years ago God bless Emanuel and the rest of Allstate staff and pray they have a amazing time. I highly recommend them for anyone wanting the best rates and treated with respect and honor

  Called to cancel my policy April 1. No one was available to help. Called again and spoke to someone at their office on April 13 at 3:48PM to confirm the cancellation of my account. It didn't matter that I helped sign up 9 members of my family. It didn't matter that the only time I needed help, it took two years for someone at their office (thank you Daniel, you were a star) to even look at it without telling me to call someone else. When I called after April 13, I had to leave a VM, then some guy called me back to handle the cancellation. After 5+ years of business, there was no thank you. Never asked why I wanted to cancel. Just said it was canceled and I wouldn't be billed again. This morning I got to wake up and see that despite scheduling the cancelation prior to my bill date, they billed me again for both my auto and home insurance. Just par for the course with this office. Please don't give a phony response to the review like you care Mr. Allen. I've learned from 5 years of dealing with you that you're more concerned about chasing 5 star reviews, but once you get them, the customer is useless to you at that point. If you want to show you care, have your billing team void those charges immediately instead of making the customer once again do your job for you. I attached a screenshot of the cancellation call to show you that if you are nothing more than revenue to them and if you need true assistance, you better ask for Daniel. Otherwise, you're going to end up being forwarded to somewhere else. Please do not reach out to call me. I only want my money refunded from your office's mistake.
