  Chase was very helpful and efficient. He supplied information & answers to all questions I had. The price is probably reflective of the current market, which seems a bit expensive, but I hesitate to say it's overpriced. Probably the most important will be the service I get from Carpenter's and Travelers Insurance, in the event of any claims. Of course, Carpenters has a 5-star record, so I believe that I can feel secure in the knowledge that they will take care of problem situations, as needed. 🙂

  Carpenter insurance has been great! Anytime I call they usually always pickup or call back very quickly. The customer service is so kind and responsive. So glad we switched to them.

  Tremendous experience. Very easy. I sent my current policies I was trying to get better coverage and they found me a great policy that not only covered more but saved me money as well! My old policy is had was not covering my entire house or appliances or water or the lines from the curb! To do so much more and save me money was a no brainer. Happy with the ease to take care of everything.
