I had just tried to insure my scooter through my insurance but for some reason they don't insure scooters. So I walked over to the office and met Austin. Damn nice guy.. He wasn't sure when I asked him about the insurance and sat down in front of the largest computer screen I have ever seen and he started working. He took the time and finally got me insured. It was a super experience and he did a great job. I feel very confident in Austin and am considerig changing all my insurance needs to him. What a great guy..
