    Terrible customer service. Tammy and Larra both placed the blame on us when an overpayment was sent by Allstate by mistake. The mistake wasn’t the issue, it was how poorly they spoke with me to resolve it. I do not recommend working with their employees in Ashland, KY. Then she responds to this review by publicly revealing activity that happened on my account.
