- ESElizabeth Souder4 days ago5.0Many (not every) call to your insurance agency is potentially problematic. But the Reed Agency is always on the line with the State Farm people and helping reframe what I am most concerned about into the language that everyone understands. I honestly believe that they are looking out for my best interests and I have many complicating factors with students living out of state, young adults, new cars, home claims . . . whew! They make it feel seamless with a smile in what feels like the worst time of our life. Trust them.
