  My husband and I have worked with Pat for over three years. She walked me through everything I needed to know about insurance for my first car and first home! I am confident she's looking out for my best interests and always lets me know ways I can save money without compromising my coverage. Pat asks great questions and provides helpful examples so I can determine if I am appropriately insured. This gives me peace of mind that if anything happens, I will be taken care of.   I’ve been with Patricia for over 20 years, and I truly can’t imagine trusting anyone else with my insurance. I first met Patricia when I was 15 years old. Every year, my parents would take me with them to her office to review and renew their insurance. Even back then, she took the time to get to know our family and made us feel valued. When I started driving, she became my insurance agent, and she’s been there for every milestone since. Today, at 36 years old, Patricia has insured four homes and more than seven vehicles for me over the years, both new and used. She has also been there for my sister and her family throughout their journey, which speaks volumes about the trust our family has placed in her for decades. No matter what questions I have or what changes life brings, Patricia is always just an email or phone call away. Her responses are prompt, accurate, and incredibly supportive, giving me confidence that I’m making the right decisions. One of the things I appreciate most is that Patricia still meets with me in person each year for my policy review. In today’s world, that kind of personal service is rare.
