  Brent is a true professional to whom we have trusted our business with for the last few years. He is outstanding in his field, and we have recommended him time and time again to friends and family. After reading one of the reviews posted, it's very obvious to us that this person has no knowledge of Brent, or his work ethic. If you are looking to make changes and better understand what would be best for you, then I highly recommend getting in touch with Brent.

  PSA: Tips for a Good Review: Keep your comments clear. Add a photo of the place or product if you want and MOST importantly: Be polite and avoid rude words. Personal attacks are NOT productive. I cannot recommend Brent Ketter, Farm Bureau Agency enough! Finding the right coverage used to be stressful, but working with them made the entire process seamless. Brent took the time to genuinely understand my needs, explained every policy detail clearly without any confusing jargon, and helped me combine my policies to save money. Whenever I have a question or need to update my policy, he responds quickly. It is rare to find this level of honest, personal, and first-class customer service anymore. If you want true peace of mind, Brent and his team have you covered.

  Brent and his team have done an outstanding job handling our home, cars, life insurance and investment policies. Brent took the time to review our current policies, recommended areas where coverage could be more comprehensive to alleviate risks and was extremely competitive on pricing. We have been with him for over a year and communication, professionalism and service have been top notch.

  After Brent left a solicitation pamphlet on my door despite the no soliciting sign, I sent him a direct, private message via his website asking that he respect no soliciting signs. His follow up email said that it was his sons were the ones distributing and he had no ill intent. I followed back up by saying that instead of making excuses he should just apologize and say it won't happen again. Shockingly the reply I received was to "get over yourself". Regardless if you agree with Brent that no solicitation signs and city ordinances are optional, this is a shocking reply from a grown man acting in a professional capacity. I personally would not recommend trusting someone with this poor level of professionalism and maturity to handle your insurance needs. He tried to recall it twice but for whatever reason it still ended up in my inbox.

  Great service! Brent Ketter was very thorough and explained all my options for not only my vehicle insurance, but also the difference between life insurance policies and which best suited my family and I.
