  During our annual renewal process for our home/auto policies, we asked if we could get comparables for other carriers for similar coverage. The staff was (and always has been so very polite and helpful) on it and we heard back within a few days the outcome. Thanks for being 'at the ready'. Happy Holidays everyone and thank you!
