- JHJimmy HadleyFeb 27, 20261.0Sabrina, the office assistant, was rude and hateful. Tim was completely unhelpful and laughed while Sabrina was yelling in the background. Tim/Allstate has owed me a refund for my canceled policy for nearly 2 months for which I have not received payment. I have filed a complaint with the IDOI, Indiana Attorney General Todd Rokita, The Better Business Bureau and my State representative Erin Houchin. I absolutely DO NOT RECOMMEND this agent or Allstate in general.

We decided on Tim because he spoke our language-- meaning, he took the time to understand an atypical relationship between multiple siblings & parent, an anomalous ownership situation, and what could have yielded a complicated endstate, but it didn't. Tim was open-minded to what we needed, took his time answering all our questions, was understanding of our first-time navigating choppy POA waters, and ultimately understood our need to support parents in the best way possible. We are all happy with the coverage, the details, and the support we got from Tim. We are confident Tim is the right choice for us. We feel like valued customers and appreciate the time and attention-to-detail Tim gave our family.
