I hadn't needed to contact my insurance agent for years but in the last year, I had to replace a couple windshields (construction) and was involved in a couple collisions (not my fault). I also had some roof damage. Luckily for me, my State Farm agent's office is awesome. They're always helpful whether its guiding me through the process or just offering tips on navigating through the app for a variety of resources. They also answer questions which is extremely helpful. Insurance claims can get complicated. So, its nice to have someone to call. I recently worked with Olivia over the phone. She was courteous and helpful. She even offered information I hadn't thought to ask. Thank you!
