  Jacqueline Jones, branch manager at freeway insurance services on North Keystone, was exceptional to work with. She took the time to carefully review multiple policy options and helped us find coverage that better met our needs. That entire transition process was smooth and stress-free, and I’m extremely pleased with the service provided. Jacqueline was professional, knowledgeable, and patient in answering all of our questions. The level of personal attention and customer care provided is rare to find today. Going above and beyond throughout the process, Jacqueline made sure we felt informed and confident in our decisions, every step of the way.   I was looking for car insurance for my granddaughter and found Jacq Finn from Freeway Insurance and she was very knowledgeable and courteous. She got me a very good rate for my granddaughter for full coverage. In this day it’s hard to get good customer service especially over the phone. Great job Jacq Finn!!!

  I want to Thank freeway insurance for the best service ever. A lady named Jacqueline helped me and my wife get a quote for our 2019 Ford Explorer XLT and if it was not for her help and guidance I don’t know what i truly needed. She explained everything well and even was patient enough to wait for us to give her our information to finalize the quote for our vehicle. I appreciate employees like her. I most definitely will refer many of my family members to this company in the future.
