  I called to renew my policy. I spoke with Cristobal Martinez (Indiana). He assist & made sure i got everything in order before getting off the phone. I appreciate him due to my anxiety would have had me rushing. He ensure me to take my time and assist on any questions I had. Thank you Cristobal!!!!!

  I hate leaving negative reviews, but my experience with Freeway Insurance has been beyond frustrating. I purchased the TowBuster roadside assistance plan, but after it was explained to me, I realized it wasn’t something I wanted. I canceled it and requested a refund right away because the coverage didn’t make sense for my needs. That was the last time anyone seemed interested in helping me. It’s been over a year, and I’ve repeatedly reached out to multiple people and the agent who sold me the plan. Contacting “customer service” multiple times, I’ve been ignored. No one returns my calls, follows up, or gives me any answers. At this point, it feels like they’re simply hoping I’ll give up and walk away from the money they owe me. I’m a persistent person, and I’ve made every reasonable effort to resolve this directly with the company before posting a review. Unfortunately, I’ve gotten nowhere and ai refuse to let them just keep my money and ignore me without putting the truth out. Because of this experience, I will never do business with Freeway Insurance again or whoever, Chicago insurance whatever they are. That’s their excuse. Well we were bought by someone are ya sure sir gthoh. If anyone asks me for insurance recommendations, I’ll be honest and tell them to look elsewhere. If you ever need customer service or a refund, don’t expect much help based on my experience. I also find it difficult to believe all of the five star reviews given the complete lack of customer service I’ve experienced.
