  After 30 years with the same insurance company, I found myself questioning my recent policy and found myself shopping around for a better rate for insurance. After reviewing my current policy with the quote I received from Kelly Friedrich, I switch immediately to Allstate. I’m hopeful the insurance company will be as good as the service I received today. I truly appreciate the time Kelly spent with me today explaining everything in detail and making sure I was comfortable with my decision to switch. Thank you Kelly!

  I wanted to share feedback regarding Sara based on my grandmother’s experience with her. Sara assisted her with getting a quote, and my grandmother had nothing but great things to say. She described Sara as very polite, kind, and clear in her communication. What stood out most to me is that my grandmother felt comfortable, understood, and fully able to follow the conversation—which isn’t always easy. That level of patience and care truly means a lot. You truly have an asset to your company in Sara. I really appreciate the way she treated my grandmother.

  I’ve have three vehicles and my home owners insurances with jeff for four years now and anytime I needed something his group was on top of it. Today I contacted Jeff’s office and left a voicemail about a change I needed. Within minutes Elisabeth Thorpe at the office called me back to discuss the change needed. She was very responsive, professional and explained the process in full. That’s the service I expect and that’s the service they give each and every time!
