  If zero stars were an option, that’s exactly what they would get. I had an extremely frustrating experience with this homeowners insurance company during my claim process. From the beginning, communication was inconsistent and delayed. Calls and emails often went unanswered, and I frequently had to follow up multiple times just to receive basic updates regarding my claim status. The amount approved for repairs was significantly lower than the actual cost of restoring my home, even after obtaining multiple professional estimates. This forced me into difficult decisions about which damages I could realistically repair due to limited funds. Instead of feeling supported during a stressful situation, I felt dismissed and financially pressured. The process lacked transparency, especially regarding depreciation, payouts, and what would or would not be covered. I was left feeling confused and unsupported while trying to navigate major home repairs. The delays and low estimates created additional stress and hardship for my family. I expected my insurance company to provide fair assistance during a difficult time, but my experience was the opposite. Based on my experience, I would strongly encourage others to carefully review coverage details, claim handling practices, and customer service responsiveness before choosing this company.

  This office had my information on file for an auto and home loan policy for assets that did not belong to me and that I never signed for. Contacted me multiple times when the policy went unpaid making me think that there was an issue with my actual insurance. Jason contacted me via text but told me he couldn’t provide any information about the policy because he was out of office. Very unprofessional.
