She went above and beyond helping me transfer my home and auto from another service. She took extra time to explain different types of policies and the importance of them to my 17 year old son. She gave him real eye opening examples of why certain things are important to have in place and what can happen if they aren’t. She listened to his future goals of what he wants to do after high school. She offered valuable advice to him. He also purchased his first independent insurance policy for a collector’s item. Sharon quickly sent a follow up email to my son. He couldn’t stop smiling when he told me that she emailed him (and not me) about his insured item. It meant a lot to him to be treated like an adult. Sharon will always be one of my favorite people.
