Great experience with State Farm. The agent Rodney McGillvary, was very helpful and explained everything thoroughly to my wife and me for both our renters insurance and our vehicles insurance. The agent was able to beat the pricing of the insurance company I was with. He also addressed my concerns about my life insurance policy and called me back with the information I needed. The whole process was completed within an hour of the initial phone call. Highly recommend.

Jack and I went into the State Farm in Auburn seeking new car auto insurance and homeowners insurance. We had a young lady by the name of Amber help us. She was amazing. I stopped by Jamie Hefty State Farm today because I needed auto insurance.
First of all… before I could even sit down, I was greeted by the office’s four-legged employee. That dog immediately walked over, licked my face, gave me kisses, and honestly provided better customer service than about 90% of businesses I’ve been to. Give that dog a raise immediately.
Then Amber came in and absolutely worked some kind of insurance witchcraft. I walked in needing auto insurance and somehow left with auto, renters, and life insurance. It was the insurance version of walking into Buc-ee’s for gas and leaving with 17 bags of beef jerky, a brisket sandwich, a Yeti cup, two T-shirts, a bag of Beaver Nuggets, a cast iron skillet, a lawn chair, and somehow spending $247 while convincing yourself you “saved money.”
Amber made everything ridiculously easy, answered every question I had, never once made me feel pressured, and somehow turned talking about deductibles into a conversation that didn’t make me want to fake my own disappearance.
So let me recap…
✅ Got better coverage.
✅ Saved money.
✅ Got attacked by the cutest dog on the planet.
✅ Left wondering how the hell I accidentally bought three insurance policies like I was shopping at Costco.
Five stars isn’t enough. Give Amber six stars and promote the dog to Regional Manager. That little gal earned it.
