The information I received was confusing, and I felt that important details about the payment requirements were not communicated properly. I expected more transparency regarding the costs and terms of the policy. Clear and accurate information is essential when purchasing insurance, and unfortunately that was not my experience. I would recommend that future customers ask for a complete breakdown of all payments and fees before signing up.
