He is willing to take hours out of his day to make sure your needs are met and will be as thorough as possible in order to get you as many discounts as he can while maintaining your coverage needs. If you call him, you can usually talk to him directly right then, but if not, he has a very competent sales staff who are more than able to assist you. I dealt with many of them personally and highly recommend calling him just to see what they are all capable of. They will all take the time to go through the quote, answer your questions, and provide you with services that many insurance agents farm out to their website services. Claims service is also spectacular. He won't pawn off your claim to the company 1-800 number, but assist you personally in filing it during a trying time. He is an agent who will stand by your side from the quoting process to the claims process, no questions asked.
