    I am a first time driver in my family and have had the worse luck when it comes to cars. This was my first time to finally just talk to an agent to see what I can do to lower my rate. Progressive was way too greedy and I couldn’t do it after some financial issues has come up (medical that delayed my work ethic). Bryce Markum was an outstanding person! I can say he lowered my rate tremendously! I was truly blown away and taken aback by how much a difference he was able to make. Lastly, he had a phenomenal customer service tone and demeanor, not dry and dull personality. He made it easy and comfortable to talk to as someone who has very bad social skills!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND! 10/10 F Progressive.

    Extremely poor communication with signing up for the policy through Bryce Markum. I spoke several times to the agent about what was needed on my policies; and he changed everything without my consent or knowledge; and I did not have the coverage I needed, asked for, and thought I paid for. I made several attempts to clarify what was on my policy and it felt like pulling teeth to get a response and clear answer. Communication was great during creating the policy and he was kind, but after what I was sent was incorrect, I couldn’t get it fixed- even after he originally assured me it was. This is very risky business! I would encourage everyone to check their policies to make sure what they need and asked for is on there- this kind of error ends up being very costly if anything happens to you and you need your insurance.

    Was very understanding and most of all patient with me so I was able to save myself money and be protected at the same time! I felt like I was able to open up & explain some of the reason why I was having trouble understanding everything and making sure got the best savings! I appreciate you Bryce

    I worked with Nick and Samantha and honestly speaking the conversations I had with them about my policy and potential savings was the greatest conversation I ever had in my life regarding insurance. I am not exaggerating at all when I say Nick taught me a-lot about insurance as we talked for almost 2 hours. I had travelers insurance, then safeco(which turned fully liberty mutual) and I never thought I would find an insurance company that is right for me. Well, I believe I found that company, I have not submitted a claim so I can’t speak to how they respond until that I have an unfortunate event. However, with how much I save and with how many programs they have that can help you save even more money and potentially make some in the future, I think I will be with them for quite awhile.
