- SRSofia RoundcountAug 14, 20261.0As a rental property owner I am very disappointed and DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS OFFICE! We received a request to replace our roof and no further details were provided. After replacing our roof, we received no further directions and then our rental dwelling policy was canceled. My husband was working with Gloria from Jeff's office and after more than a month still no update. We provided them documentation demonstrating the roof replacement and still no coverage after more than a month. Our mortgage company is trying to replace our insurance. Very disappointed with this agent and it's office.
