I'd like to take a second and brag about Kelly Vice. She's always goes above and beyond to help with any issue or issues I may have or had. She is super knowledgeable, and very personable! Above all, always professional. She always takes the extra time to make sure you understand, as we all know insurance can at times be complicated and hard to understand. She is always smiling and super pleasant and has a great attitude. She has always made me feel valued as a customer of statefarm. Statefarm could really use more representatives exactly like Kelly.
