  I cannot say enough about the service I received from Millie at State Farm. I received a letter from the state stating that I did not have insurance, and I immediately went into panic mode because I was worried about my license or registration being suspended. I called Millie, and from the moment she answered, she reassured me that I didn’t need to worry. She asked me for the details from the letter, told me she would take care of it, and we hung up. Within seconds, I received an email from her with confirmation from the state that the issue had been resolved! That level of service is priceless. When someone can take a situation that has you panicking and replace it with reassurance, action, and peace of mind, you don’t forget it. Millie didn’t just handle an insurance issue—she gave me peace. You simply cannot put a price on that. I am incredibly grateful for her professionalism, responsiveness, and care.
