To an agent for like 15 mins and she hung up and I called again she hung up and I called for the 3rd a man answered and a fews mins hung up! VERY RUDE! For many years I had these insurance net had an issue for after 3 yrs i connected off and went recently back with this company the agents are RUDE!!! I had 35 mins more to tell them my changes but rude they hung up !! No star for them
