  Rita was very thorough and explaining things to me and just pleasant to talk to I hope she reaches far in her and de Endeavors and her position at work she is a good person I'm very pleased

  After dealing with Rita today I see that I picked the right person to call. Rita was very nice and helped me through everything to get my car insured. Rita did a great job and I will be calling her back to add additional insurance. Great job Rita!

  I was reluctant to move forward with the quote process, but Pawel assured me that AllState has a plan for me. Pawel is knowledgeable, patient, and took the time to clearly explain my coverage options. This made the entire process stress-free. He went over and beyond to help me find the right coverage for my needs and for my wallet. He was transparent and made sure I understood every step of the process. I really appreciated his professionalism and attention to detail. I'm excited to share that I am now an AllState member.

  Id leave a -5 star review if I could My experience with Osmara at the Miguel Gonzalez Allstate Agency was frustrating and uncomfortable. She was dismissive of my concerns, came across as rude, and made me feel like I was an inconvenience the entire time. The most concerning thing to me was that i felt if i had any issues i feel like i would be met with the same lack of consideration. Just feels completely inappropriate and honestly bizarre in a professional insurance setting. This was not the level of professionalism or respect I expected. I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere.
