Besides the price offered (which is competitive and opportunities to lower/bundle, etc.) he is so responsive and diligent. I correspond with Tim about something (e.g. opaque notice from my mortgage servicer) and literally do not worry about it again because he just handles whatever needs to be handled and, importantly, promptly and clearly communicates what is going on!
