  Switched Insurance Carriers. I met with JEREMY to discuss my needs. He took almost an hour with me going over things making sure i got exactly what i wanted. Thanks Jeremy for your time. He did not make me feel pressured into getting something i did not want. We finally got all three policies just the way i wanted them. Could not be happier with the service i recieved.

  I rated Thomas Burhorn, insurance agency, four out of five stars, because I believe each and every business in this country and world can always do a little bit better. When I was shopping for motorcycle insurance, I came across Allstate and at that time they gave me the best price for the product. I guess the only complaint I had was last year when I was in a motorcycle accident is when I found out that my newer of my two motorcycles didn’t have collision on it and I said to Tom why would I have full coverage with collision on my 88 motorcycle and not my 04 so I’ve had to pay out of pocket so far for repairs on my bike until we get the lawsuit settled with the other party. That was the real cause of the accident. I’ve have Thomas Burhorn insurance agency for 4 years for my motorcycle and I feel I get a good product for a good price. Thank You Jeff Wilkie

  The lady I spoke with on the phone was very helpful. Even though this was the first time I had spoken with her, she made it seem like she knew me and my policies very well. She helped me add some insurance to my current policy, and she is looking into other needs I will need in the near future
