  Run as fast as you can from this fraudulent local Allstate Insurance scam. They do not hold their customers in good hands! After accepting years of premiums, they will drop you like a hot potato as soon as you file a legitimate claim hiding behind their ersatz rules! Rich off pain! They live by the motto of delay, deflect, and deny! Massively customer unfriendly! I purchased roadside assistance from this scam company. When I had to use the roadside assistance while on a heavily travelled Stevenson Expressway, i was provided with 10 towing companies on their app who were all closed at the time! Unbelievable! I called Allstate to seek personal assistance in this scary emergency situation and had to talk with an Allstate Robot who demanded a policy number before the robot would talk with me while I am shaking from semis whizzing by me at 80 miles per hour. My wife was fearful and in mortal danger as well. I was forced to call 911 who advised me to call a local auto towing and repair service that was OPEN. The Illinois State Police saved the day. Not the scamming not in your good hands Allstate malfunctioning system. My warranty company agreed to pay the towing charge so I asked Allstate to at least pick up the $60 Uber charges! After numerous calls to the Herrera Allstate Agency and Corporate. I had to call Herrera who told me that corporate had denied my request and that was the end of the story from their perspective. We had finally moved from the Delay and Deflect stages to the Denial Stage! I was told that since I did not get through to their failed system by phone, they were not at all responsible! Give me a break!Customer Service is dead at Allstate! You are not in good hands. You are in hands that could result in your death due to their failed robot driven service. Think twice about doing business with this very disreputable business. I wish that I could give them a 0 rating. Run! Dont’t walk away from this scamming outfit! Excuses not results! Horrible!

  Awful service. Do not get insurance here. We got insurance through this office and were told we were going to be paying a certain amount then noticed months later we were paying $30-$40 dollars more and they could not explain the change. We were also told that if we bundled our home with the car insurance there would be a discount, so we agreed to switch it over with them. When we noticed we were paying more then the agreed amount I asked about this and they stated that a month after the new bundle policy it was rejected and the price went up. We were never notified or told about this until we noticed. They said the reason was because the car policy and the home policy where under 2 different names. Before switching the policy we made SURE to give all this information to the agent to make sure the bundle would be possible. When letting the rep at the office know about this he was very nonchalant about it and did not seem to care and said there was nothing he could do even though it's clearly the agency's fault. Don't get service here this particular office doesn't care they only want your money.
