Ashlee, in particular, was fantastic while going through the quoting/enrollment process. She was very honest with what I would and would not need in terms of coverage to try and help save me some money which was extremely helpful, and also not usually typical for an insurance company. She and the rest of the team have always been such a pleasure to work with. I had State Farm in the past for several years for auto insurance and recently switched back (home and auto) because the customer service beats any other company and their pricing wasn't any higher. Ashlee also pointed out that with my previous home insurance company, I was underinsured, which was also very helpful to know! Highly recommend working with her and the team at Josh Brown State Farm Agency!
