- AAAshley ArnoldMay 6, 20261.0I called this company and explained that my son lives in Illinois and his insurance is in my name and he received a letter on them and asked for my insurance be submitted. Come to find out my son‘s plates were suspended and when I contacted this company back, Bryan informed me that maybe it was because my insurance was from out of state and Illinois denied the proof of insurance. my mother called her insurance company to find out that no documentation had been submitted at all on the reference account for my son‘s plates. so the whole time this business office didn’t do their job and then made excuses when confronted about this and my son could’ve got in trouble for this. And I know this is true because a whole nothing company not even with all state just cleared my sons suspended plates with proof of my insurance!! Very poor job for an insurance company office!!

We had a house fire several years ago and they handled everything perfectly. We won't switch companies.)
