Shannon Elizabeth was OUTSTANDING! She put extra time and effort into my unique situation, communicated every step of the way and made sure I was taken care of. Her communications were professional, yet personal..that really makes a difference! Shannon is very knowledgeable, respectful and truly helped me during a difficult time...Freddie, give that girl a RAISE!!!!

Updated 8/17/26: I am extremely disappointed with my experience with this State Farm agency. Approximately two months ago, someone from this agency personally called me to tell me that my auto premium had decreased significantly. I was then notified that my premium would be increasing again at renewal. After I questioned the increase, State Farm ultimately confirmed that my Drive Safe & Save discount had dropped from $192.67 to $17.87, largely because the system repeatedly was not receiving trip data—not simply because of my driving habits. That clarification actually makes me more frustrated. I received automated notifications when trips weren’t being recorded, and I responded to them. I logged back into the app, corrected the settings/permissions I was prompted to correct, and the app appeared to be working again. I reasonably believed I had fixed the problem. The agency has now provided dates showing repeated data-transmission failures over nearly THREE MONTHS. Despite the problem recurring after I repeatedly attempted to correct it, nobody directly contacted me to say, “This is still not working, and you are at risk of losing almost your entire discount.” What makes this particularly frustrating is that someone from this agency DID personally call me during this same general period to discuss my decreased premium. Apparently that conversation did not warrant mentioning the recurring problem with the program responsible for a substantial portion of my savings or warning me that my discount was in jeopardy. I am now being told the current discount cannot be restored and that I should monitor the app myself going forward to ensure every trip appears within 24 hours. So I followed the troubleshooting instructions, the data-transmission problem continued anyway, nobody escalated the recurring issue to direct assistance, and I am the one who gets to pay for it. I’ve been a State Farm customer for years across two separate periods of coverage. I left for Allstate and later CHOSE to return to State Farm. This is an incredibly disappointing way to treat a longstanding returning customer. There was another bizarre part of this experience. In the original email informing me of the premium increase, Shannon asked me to leave the agency a Google review, specifically asked that I mention her by name, and explained that “part of my evaluation is based on client experience.” The irony of asking me to publicly evaluate my “client experience” while I was trying to understand an unexplained premium increase was apparently lost on her. Shannon has since apologized and explained that the review request is part of her standard email signature and that she forgot to remove it. I appreciate her acknowledging the mistake. However, automatically attaching a request for a Google review—with instructions to mention the employee by name and a statement that their evaluation depends on client experience—to customer-service communications creates exactly this kind of situation. It was remarkably tone-deaf regardless of whether it was intentional. I don’t expect a local insurance agency to control every corporate rate or calculation. I DO expect proactive communication when a recurring technical problem threatens a major discount—especially after a customer repeatedly attempts to fix that problem and the agency has direct contact with that customer during the same period. That did not happen here.

In this world of everything is microwavable, quick, quick Tania showed me the most excellent customer service I could have asked for! She was patient, understanding, and very knowledgeable! As a team we worked to get the kinks out of my Driver Safe Beacon. Thank you so much Tania for taking great patience, and helping me!!! I loved your energy and your spirit over the phone, you made everything easy peasy! Respectfully, Maxine Owens

I'll start by saying five stars doesn't nearly describe the the above satisfactory service and information provided by agent Blake A-L Boyd. He was very knowledgeable and caring of the service he was set to provide, feeling the experience of being cared for as a loved relative! I worked at a moving company in which Blake reminded me of a rule we shared "The grandmother rule" which was to treat everyone as you would your grandmother. In that instance I felt he was delivering the experience of a caring brother! Speak with Blake, I assure you he cares!

I have only positive things to say about Freddie, his staff and his agency. I have been working with Kallie on a multi car issue and she has been superb! Her response time is outstanding and she answers everything I need. In this day and age, we are all in a hurry and to be able to send an email, get what you need, and quickly, is everything! Kallie has delivered that and with professionalism. Highly recommend this agency for your insurance needs. Thanks!!
