Marah was an excellent agent. She took the time to answer all of my questions regarding my policy and helped make sure we had the correct coverage for my husband’s business insurance.
What I found especially helpful was that my husband does not speak English, and Marah speaks fluent Arabic. She was able to communicate with him directly, which made him feel very comfortable and confident throughout the process.
I highly recommend Marah, especially for Arabic-speaking customers. Her professionalism, knowledge, and ability to provide service in Arabic made a huge difference for our family.
