- RJR JonesSep 19, 20213.0Mr. Wilkins obtained my account after my original agent passed. I truly miss my original agent, he was the reason I chose to do business with Allstate. I felt valuable and respected, I do not feel the same with Mr. Wilkins. When I called the agency to introduce myself to him I felt as an I (female, original policy holder since 2005) was intruding on his time and was quickly pawned off to 1 of the ladies in his office. The lovely ladies are very helpful and responsive. Since then with multiple policies purchased, his communications are addressed to my husband only. I am currently shopping for a new agent or insurance companies.
