  I had coverage on 17 Yamaha Wolverine for over a year with this company. the rates were reasonable and I never had to deal with them for 15 months. No claims. I cancelled prior to my due premium date of the 5th of the month by 2 weeks after selling the machine. Allstate sent be a back due balance the day after I cancelled my policy. I have NEVER missed a payment and I cancelled almost 2 weeks prior to the next premium being due.I was able to get a hold of the agent Brad Scott. NOW BRAD gets on the line and is shocked to have an irate customer confronting him about the "past due amount owed. Brad Scott is some one who can't deal with a concerned client because he doesn't listen to a darn word you have to say. He is the "biggest Allstate rep in the area...whooppee!" and he will tell YOU how things are going to go. He claims to have no power with allstate to be telling them this is not right and to reverse it...he will look into it and call...he returned the call saying he talked to allstate but he can't do anything. I will now have to deal with the company instead of my agent...what is an agent for? Pass these clowns up and get with a better company and don't deal with Brad Scott, he doesn't believe that customer service is a big thing in the insurance industry...his words!WARNING if you are looking for insurance these people will try to suck you dry by making invalid charges to the account. Then they are vampires when you sell your vehicle and cancel. They do not like this and will try to suck every penny out of you they can for cancelling. So long story short...I called corporate offices and the back charges were immediately dropped by a cistomer service rep at the corporate offices....Don't have much pull do ya Brad!
