  Absolutely the best insurance experience I’ve ever had! I recently worked with Shane Lowe, my new insurance agent, and I couldn’t be more impressed. From the very beginning, Shane was incredibly informative, helpful, and professional, but what really stood out was how he made the entire experience fun, upbeat, and actually enjoyable—which isn’t something you normally get to say about shopping for insurance! Shane took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all of my questions, and made sure I understood what I was getting. He genuinely seemed to care about finding the right option for me rather than just trying to make a sale. And to top it all off, Shane was able to save me $100 on my insurance! That definitely made my day. It’s not often you come across someone who combines knowledge, professionalism, personality, and genuine customer service the way Shane does.
