Almost quite literally lol she noticed a major error on our current home insurance and informed us we had the total wrong policy. It was a major difference in coverage and we would have been DONE for if she hadn't caught it!! Somehow it slipped past 4 other people. (And yes, we spent 2 days digging deep with our mortgage company, HOA and several other insurance agents to confirm that she was correct and not just selling coverage we didnt need) She is a whiz and a blessing in disguise! Very kind and knowledgeable and just a smart person! We were able to get the right coverage and put our minds at ease when we were losing them for a couple days!! We don't have enough good things to say about her. Thank you janel. Truly ❤️
