  Going through our first insurance claim with our home after a very large hail storm, we were unsure of what to expect. The big picture was a lot to swallow. A lot of site visits, adjusters, contractors, phone calls, etc…. It starts to feel very overwhelming. Into the picture comes our local claims agent, Terian Hollopeter. I cannot say enough about how helpful Terian was throughout our claim process. She is beyond a rock start at what she does. From guiding us through the proper steps, being timely in her responses, being extremely personable and attentive to our needs, having our back….the list goes on and on. Terian never failed to go above and beyond throughout our claim experience. When credit is due, Terian and her team deserve every bit that is owed!   Kaitlin was amazing from the start, she took the time to clearly explain all of our options and made sure we understood the coverage, pricing, and benefits of each choice. What stood out most was her patience and attention to detail she truly worked with us to find the best car policy for our needs.
