What stood out most was his follow-through. He did not give me a generic answer or stop at the first obstacle. He stayed involved, communicated clearly, and helped find a practical solution.   Over the years I’ve used this agent a couple of different times when needed. Sometimes he can help lower costs while maintaining same or better coverage and sometimes he can’t but he’s always nice to work with. Kind, resourceful/knowledgeable and just easy to deal with when you need answers. It doesn’t cost anything to check out better coverage and it can save money! We could all use more savings these days!
