  We had been with Denver Insurance for years, and I can not begin to tell you how many people I referred to them. 50+ When John owned the company it was a wonderful company to work with. Unfortunately for us, we had a few unfortunate claims to our house. One of the claims was a total mess, we dropped off bills to the agent and he never got them to the adjuster....I guess he was too busy playing golf or something..... had no problem getting a commission on our policy, but when it came to taking care of things he was MIA. The last straw that broke the camels back, was a water claim, from a drain that was clogged and damaged our finished basement, he should have advised us to see how much the repairs were - - and not turn the claim in, as it wasn’t that much over our deductible. This unfortunately resulted in our policy almost tripling in cost for a mere $350 in claims paid out to the contractor........ Nothing like getting kicked, when your down... Another time, I went in to pay the insurance policy, and guess what? They were not open during business hours!!! When you try to help out a local business....sometimes it just doesn’t pay.....Cut the ties and am now with a professional company - one with great customer service!!!
