I had a new policy in five minutes. No half days spent with "AI" assistants or janky apps. No merry-go-round menus, or "I'm sorry; I didn't get that," or "please call back later; bye." My new good neighbor's there, attentive, and truly intelligent.

I’ve switched around a lot of insurance agencies for the lowest prices, Out of all of them State Farm has the best customer service, quickest application process, and the best phone app to manage and view your account. They probably won’t be the cheapest insurance in town but they come pretty close and are overall pretty competitive. The service alone is worth the little extra you’d be paying in comparison to other places. A++
